What is the Refund/Exchange Policy?

If in the event your purchase is faulty or wrongly described, we will refund your money or exchange the item. If you decide you do not need the item, you can return it within 14 days, with proof of purchase, for a full refund or exchange.

What forms of payment are accepted?

Do I need to be home to accept delivery?

You are not required to be home but access and delivery instructions need to be organized prior.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes, to Sydney Metro areas.

What days do you deliver?

Monday to Saturday.

How do I become/Login a member of my account?

If you have a trade account with us, you will be given a login code and password.

What is My Account?

The ability to login and view your account, get copies of invoices and statements, account balances and payment history.
