What is Quick Set Concrete?
Quick Set Concrete is ideal for any use where quick-setting concrete is required. This includes securing posts and clothes hoists in the ground, pergola posts, landscaping projects, and mailbox installations. Ready to use, just add water. It is also conveniently packed to ensure the correct amount of concrete for the right application. Add about 75% of the water to the mixing vessel and slowly add the contents of the bag. Add the remaining water and mix promptly to achieve a workable mix. As a guide, use around 2 litres of water per 20kg bag. Pour immediately after mixing, as the concrete will start to stiffen rapidly.

What is Quick Set Sand & Cement?
Quick Set Sand and Cement is a proportioned mix of graded sand, cement binders, and additives designed for instant repair applications. Easy to use, just add clean water. Suitable for all applications where time is of the essence and can be used anywhere normal sand and cement mix is used. One-hour compressive strength is equivalent to that at one day for normal Sand and Cement mix. You can add up to 15 kg of clean aggregate to the concrete mix without adversely affecting the setting time.
The additives accelerate the setting time, allowing it to set in approximately 15 minutes and is trafficable in one hour under normal conditions. Typical applications include paving edge restraining, setting toilet pans, setting ceramic tiles, and general concrete and mortar repairs where a fast-setting mortar is needed.
